James has worked in Operations Management and Logistics for over 18 years.
He has extensive experience in many fields including overseeing deliveries of fresh produce for the British Army in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Tim Phillips – Operations Director
Tim has over 17 years of experience in planning and logistics within the fresh produce industry. He’s gained invaluable knowledge of the sector and has been a partner of CFL for the last 4 years.
Charlotte Phillips – Account Manager
Charlotte brings over 17 years of experience in sales, account management and customer services.
Louis Arnell – Transport Planner
Louis has over 14 years of experience in the food industry. He has made a great addition to the team.
